How we handle your data
This page sets out exactly what this site collects, why, and what you can ask for.
What we collect
Only what you enter yourself in our forms: name, company, job title, country, email, phone, sector, a description of your need, and any files you choose to attach. The review form adds your rating and your comment. The newsletter asks only for your email.
Why
To answer your supply request, prepare a commercial discussion and follow up on the file. For the newsletter, to send you our analysis for as long as you stay subscribed.
Who has access
The PGIT TRADE team. Two technical providers are necessarily involved: Netlify, which hosts the site and receives form submissions, and Google, whose Gmail service we use for the address pgittrade@gmail.com. This site also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google when pages are displayed.
We do not sell or rent your data. We pass it to a supplier or partner only where your request requires it, and only as far as is needed to answer it.
Trackers
This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics tool and stores nothing in your browser. We checked this across every page.
How long
Requests we receive are kept for as long as the file is being handled, then for as long as is needed for commercial follow-up and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. Exact period to be confirmed by PGIT TRADE.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to pgittrade@gmail.com ; we will reply and act within the time limits set by the rules that apply in your country of residence.
Depending on where you write from, these rights come in particular from Law 25 in Quebec, the General Data Protection Regulation in the European Union and Belgium, or the rules that apply in your own country.
